4.2 Acceptance & Engagement Agreements

All accepted service requests will be governed by a separate written engagement agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an engagement agreement, the engagement agreement will prevail.

4.3 Payment Terms

Pricing and payment terms will be specified in your engagement agreement
Payment is due as specified in the agreement
Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy

4.4 Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be specified in your engagement agreement
Cancellations made with less than [30/60/90] days notice may be subject to cancellation fees

5. Limitation of Liability
