Some suggestions for next programs:

- Encryption software

- Email encryption

- Firewalls

MP3 is the best format for me, thank you.

Also I recently learned of a scam in my country, Ireland, that consists on calling the computer user on the phone (everyone got a computer nowadays) they tell him/her they call from Microsoft and a virus has been detected on their computer, then they give the user a website where to download a tool to clean the allegedly &quot;infected&quot; computer, under risk of losing all data if they don&#039;t, etc...

On visiting the website they are asked for €20 to download the software.

I think that thanks to VoIP, ie cheap calls, and because most people now know about the email phishing scams, more and more scams will be done through the phone calls.</description>
